She was born April 24, 1918, in Chicago, to Jay R. and Alma (Peterson) Isett. On June 7, 1940, in Dubuque, Iowa, she married Dale Osborne.
She was a member of the Marengo Women's Club, the Marengo United Methodist Church and United Methodist Women. From 1953 to 1974, she and her husband were proprietors of the former Osborne Funeral Home in Marengo.
Survivors include her husband, Dale; two daughters, Paula (George) Bauman of Marengo, and Betty (Ron) Wanless of Springfield; six grandchildren, Mark (Heather) Wanless of Chicago, Chad Wanless of Springfield, Kelly Wanless of Chicago, and Sarah, Collin and Brittany Bauman, all of Marengo; and one sister, Bette (Jack) Bailey of Elgin.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Ruth.
Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. Friday, April 24, at the Marengo-Union Funeral Home. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 25, in the funeral home, with the Rev. Joy Starwalt, pastor, officiating.
Interment will be in Marengo City Cemetery.
Memorials to the Marengo United Methodist Church, the Marengo Rescue Squad or Harbor Lights Hospice of Glen Ellyn.
