Betty Polzin - of Birch Run, formerly of Clio, age 87, died Friday, July 26, 2013 at Lutheran Home in Frankenmuth. Honoring Betty's Wishes Cremation has taken Place. Memorial Services will be held 7PM Saturday, August 3, 2013 at the O'Guinn Family Funeral Home in Birch Run. Fr. Thomas McNamara officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday from 2PM until the time of service at 7PM. Contributions may be made to the Taymouth Twp. Fire Department.
Betty was born on August 31, 1925 in Clio to the late Rollie and Virginia (Stuber) Goodrich. She graduated from Clio High School in 1944. Betty married Donald Joseph Polzin of Birch Run in May of 1948. He preceded her in death in December of 1989. Betty enjoyed her home on the farm, spending time with family, reading and feeding the birds.
Betty was preceded in death by; Daughter, Carolyn House in 2004; sister, Maxine Swart in 2008.

Betty enjoyed her home on the farm, spending time with family, reading and feeding the birds.
