ALGOA — Mrs. Patsy Ann Henry passed from this life Wednesday afternoon on her birthday, December 19, 2007, at UTMB in Galveston.
Born December 19, 1936, in Lafayette, Indiana, Mrs. Henry had been a resident of Algoa for 47 years. She had been employed as a nurse for 37 years, was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed nursing, pottery and especially enjoyed spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her son, Forrest Lee Henry; father, Hugh David Noblitt; brother, David Noblitt.
Survivors include her loving husband, James Lee Henry; children, Judy Poorman and husband, Larry of Alvin, James David Henry (Bo) and wife, Glenda of Pearland, Thomas Allen Henry of Overton, Texas; 5 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 22, 2007, in the chapel of Hayes Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Grace Memorial Park Cemetery.
Casketbearers will be James E. Henry, Heath Parker, Jeremy Oros, Charles Lambright, Jr., Doyce Gay and Faustino R. Melchor.
