MANSFIELD -- Beverly Jean Baker, 75, died Saturday, Aug. 20, 2005, at MedCentral/Mansfield Hospital.

Beverly was born March 7, 1930, in Mansfield to Clifford and Evelyn Sherman Crosby.

She had worked for Hi-Stat Manufacturing and was a member of the First Assembly of God Church.

She is survived by three daughters and sons-in-law, Madlyn and Bob Walker, Sandra and Patrick Goetz and Rochelle and Donald Reffel; two sons and daughters-in-law, Bert and Lorie Baker; Jack and Sue Baker; grandchildren and their spouses, Cyndi and Dan Zeiter and their children, Zane, Derek and Owen; Kimberly and Tom Blanton and their children, Krystal, Aaron and David; Brad Walker; Jamie and Roger Cooper and their son, Kalob; Jennifer, Matthew and Breanna Reffel; Adam and Sherry Baker and their children, Korwin and Christopher; Nicholas and Jenifer Baker; Scott and Evelyn Baker.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Henry Strickland; son, Richard Allen Baker; brother, Alan Crosby; grandson, Michael Goetz and great-granddaughter, Rachel Blanton.

Friends may call at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors on Wednesday, Aug. 24, from 6-8 p.m. Funeral services will be held Thursday at the funeral home at 11 a.m., conducted by the Rev. Brent Salyers. Burial will follow in Mansfield Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society.
