Lester P. Campbell, 82, of Sherwood, passed away Tuesday, July 23, 2013.
He was a charter member of Faith Baptist Church and was a retired Deacon and Sunday School Teacher. Mr. Campbell was a 32nd Degree Mason and the owner of C & P Carpets.
He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Billie Campbell; three sons, Delane Campbell and Randy Campbell (Lauri) all of Sherwood and Dennis Campbell (Denise) of Maumelle; sisters, Shirley Grantham Campbell of Carlisle, Claudia Faye Williams, Betty Nell Campbell; twelve grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Wesley Hubert and Clarice Perry Campbell; and sister Claudia Faye Williams.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday at the Church with Dr. Freddie Holmes and Brother Bob Wiegel officiating.
Burial in Center Point Cemetery, Hazen, Arkansas.
