Elizabeth Stevens (also spelled Stephens) was the youngest daughter of Joseph Stephens (Stevens) and his first wife, Elizabeth Fifield Tidd. She was born on their farm in Woburn, Middlesex County, Massachusetts Bay, New England, on 27 July 1709, as per that town's Vital Records. Elizabeth married William Snow, also of Woburn, on 10 December 1730, as per that town's Vital Records. Shortly after their marriage, the couple left Woburn and set up a farm in Lunenburg, Worcester County, Massachusetts Bay. They had about 10 children there. William died in 1774 and was buried in Lunenburg's North Cemetery; Elizabeth survived until 1780 when she was buried next to her late husband in North Cemetery, Lunenburg, Worcester, Massachusetts, USA.
