She was born March 2, 1937, in Portsmouth, a daughter of the late Edwin Andre and Odessa Riddlebarger Andre. She was Mom to her children, Mamaw to the grandkids and Patty to her friends. She loved helping people and was dedicated to her family.
She was married to Lewis "Joe" Chamberlin, who preceded her in death.
She is survived by one son, Brian Chamberlin of Cincinnati; two daughters, Vickie Ford and husband Tim of Elmira, N.Y., and Teresa Chamberlin of Cincinnati; one sister, Shelby Hughes of South Portsmouth; four grandchildren, Joey Clarke, Luke Ford, Heath Chamberlin, Caroline Ford; and two great-grandchildren, Mason Ford and Wesson Clarke.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was also preceded in death by one son, Joey Chamberlin; one sister, Judy Faulkner; and one brother, Gary Andre.
There will be no visitation or services.
