Frank was born on January 20, 1952 in Indianapolis, Indiana the son of Charles Dean and Irene Deloris Chamness Day. He married Sandra I. Ramsey in 1986. She passed away in 2006.
He was also preceded in death by his mother and one brother, Steve Day.
He is survived by two sons, his father, two brothers, three sisters, six nieces and five nephews.
