Andrew Russell "Bill" Bradshaw Jr., 85, of Richmond, passed on peacefully at St. Mary's Hospital Sunday, June 26, 2005, after a long illness. Bill was born January 25, 1920, at Hilton Village, Va. Bill was Fourth Degree Knight with the Knights of Columbus Council 9953, WWII Marine Corps veteran VMB614 and was a life member of VFW Post 9808. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Susan; and a son, Andrew III. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Mary Katherine Mutter; four sons, Michael, Phillip, Patrick and William; four daughters, Katherine Goldsby, Andrea Mann and Meg and Theresa Bradshaw; 11 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. His remains rest at the Bliley Funeral Homes' Staples Mill Chapel, 8510 Staples Mill Rd., where the family will receive friends Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m., and where a Rosary Service will be held Wednesday at 7 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. Thursday, June 30, at Our Lady of Lourdes, 8200 Woodman Rd. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
