Mrs. Shiverick's Funeral Tuesday
Funeral services for Mrs. Neva Pratt Shiverick, 82, the last of Orson Pratt's sons and daughters, will be conducted on Tuesday at 2 p.m. at 255 S. 2nd East.
Mrs. Shiverick died Friday at 7 p.m. at her residence, 257 10th Ave.
Her father was an apostle in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints under Brigham Young. He was one of the first three men to enter the Salt Lake Valley in 1847.
The daughter of Orson and Juliette Phelps Pratt, she was born July 27, 1875, in Salt Lake City. She was married to William Lyman Shiverick on Aug. 6, 1908, in Salt Lake City. He died several years ago.
One daughter, Mrs. Neva Mae Cary, Albuquerque, N.M., and three grandchildren survive.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Primary Children's Hospital. Entombment will be made in the Salt Lake Memorial Mausoleum.
