Roy Lynn May, age 45 of Winchester, passed away Wednesday at his residence. He was a line operator at Frito-Lay and enjoyed bee keeping, fishing and boating. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Roy Lee May, Sr. and Lena Mae May and maternal grandmother, Alma Owens. Survivors include two sons, Jesse May of Huntland and Joshua May of Winchester; mother, Faye Owens of Winchester; father, Roy May, Jr. of Huntland; brother, Dwight Lee "Bo" May of Huntland; maternal grandfather, Thomas Earl Owens of Winchester; special aunt, Rosemary Neal of Winchester; special friend, Paula Clark of Huntland; and several aunts and uncles. Visitation is 5-8 PM Friday at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 1 PM Saturday, July 27, 2013 at Moore-Cortner Chapel with Bro. Billy Wayne Owens officiating.
