Tina C. Best, 89, of Dayton, passed away Monday, August 11, 1997 at Hospitality East of Xenia. Tina was born November 16, 1907 in Beattyville, KY to Granville & Susan (Johnson) Cole and she was preceded in death by her husband, John Best and son, Raymond Best.
Tina is survived by her three daughters and sons-in-law, Thelma Jean & Ed Marsden of Beavercreek, Jane and Wade Farmer of Dayton, Joyce & Roy Lacy of Huber Heights; ten grandchildren, Linda & husband, Kent Daniels, Kenneth & wife Ruth Lacy, Timothy & wife, Joyce Lacy, Tammy & husband, Larry Wourms, Marc & wife, Missy Lacy, Tina & husband, Charlie Salyer, Gary & wife, Rachel Marsden, Mike & wife, Marge Farmer, Brenda & husband, Mark Jackson, & Tina Miller; 20 great-grandchildren.
Tina was a member of Eastview Baptist Church.
Funeral service 1 p.m. Thursday at the Tobias Funeral Home, East Third Street Chapel, 1817 E. Third St. Pastor Brian Hagyl officiating. Interment Valley View Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at the funeral home 5-8 p.m. Wednesday.
