Lander Pioneer Is Laid at Last Rest
Lander, Wyo., Jan. 8. - Funeral services were held here Wednesday for William E. Van Patten, pioneer, who had made his home in the Lander Valley for half a century. He was 82 years of age.
He is survived by his aged wife, a son, Charles Van Patten, of Lander, a daughter and five grandchildren, one of whom is Mrs. Forest Sprout of Casper.
