The death of Horace J. Abbey, the four-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Horace B. Abbey, occurred at the home of his parents in Northeast Leroy, Wednesday, February 15. The funeral occurred at Evergreen Cemetery in this city.
The funeral, which was held in the little church in Northeast Leroy, was very largely attended. The services were unusually impressive. Rev. Ellis, of Thompson, pronounced the last few words before the remains were removed to their final resting place.
