She was the daughter of Betty Brumfield of Independence, LA and the late Hollis Brumfield. She is survived by her husband Herbert Hill, children: Kevin, Jasmine, Herbert, Jr., Ashley, Antonio, Shawn and Kyron Brumfield, 2 grandchildren: Jayden & Kevin, Jr. 4 sisters: Beverly, Mary, Helen, Thelma, 2 brothers: Hollis and David Brumfield, a host of nieces and nephews. She will be loved and missed by all who knew her. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Homegoing Service at The Boyd Family Funeral Home, 5001 Chef Menteur Hwy, NOLA on Friday, July 26, 2013 for 10:00 A.M.
