Glenna Sackett

Miss Glenna M. Sackett of Los Angeles, Calif, only sister of Principal H. L Sackett of the Olean High School, passed away, Saturday, January 10.

Miss Sackett's life had been spent as a member of the teaching profession. Her service includes years in the city systems of Watertown, Mass., Chicago, and Boise, Idaho, in which latter position the spent the last twenty years of her teaching service.

For about a year prior to her death, Miss Sackett had been residing with relatives in Los Angeles, where she had gone in search of her health.

Throughout her life, she was prominent in professional and fraternal circles. For a period she was worthy matron of the Eastern Star of Boise and at one time was an executive official of that order for the State of Idaho.

The body will arrive in Olean this evening. Funeral services will he conducted at the Sackett residence, Silver Creek, Saturday afternoon at two o'clock. Burial will be in Silver Creek Cemetery.
