WICKHAM, Margaret Mary "Peggy" (Bushu) beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother, 80, of Springfield went to be with the Lord and her husband on October 11, 2012. She was born on October 11, 1932 in Springfield, the daughter of Gerald Thomas and Anna Catherine (Holland) Bushu. She was a graduate of Catholic Central High School and attended Wittenberg University to pursue a teaching career. She demonstrated a hard work ethic, which was displayed, through her successful employment history. Peggy worked at WREN'S, National Supply (Coopers), RJ States (Lincoln Mercury Dealership), International Harvester (paint lab-retired under her special friend Bill Cremens and guys), Building Contractor at Harvester after retirement, Sold Antique Clocks (3 States Region), Manpower Office Supervisor, Sales Rep, Boca Rotan Office Executive and Nanny, Storyteller at a child care center where she was known as "Miss Piggy", Veterans Reality (Bob Flora), Real estate agent at Real Estate II "Miss Peggy" and worked for Jenks Electric up to the time of her passing. She was also a member of 658 UAW, American Business Association "ABA", Woman's Town Club, St. Teresa Parish and St. Bernard Parish. She is survived by her daughter, Michelle (Paul) Deel, stepdaughters, Jamie (Joe) Rosicka, Debbie Dower and Sandi O'Connor; brothers, William "Bill" Bushu and family, Robert Bushu and sister, Nancy Matthews and family; grandchildren, Patrick (Ashley) Garrett, Christa (Dustin) Shaw, Erin, Bryon and Kristin; great grandchildren, "Little" Patrick, Tehya, Ryan, Jackson, Stephanie (Bryon) Owen, Ally and baby to be Gage Wickham Garrett; as well as many cousins, relatives and special friends. Her parents, her loving husband, Laurence Wickham, brother, Warren Bushu, stepson, Jimmy Wickham and grandson, Ryan Young, preceded Peggy in death. A memorial gathering of family and friends will be held from 2-4 pm Saturday, October 27, 2012 at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 2055 S. Bird Rd. Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Peggy to the Animal Welfare League. Arrangements are by the Conroy Funeral Home.
