Minnie DeLores Frazier, 63, of 1309 Washington Ave., Bronx, N.Y., and formerly of Martinsville, died Wednesday, Feb. 9, 2000, in Albert Einstein Hospital in New York. She was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew Frazier.Born in Martinsville on Oct. 6, 1936, she attended Albert Harris High School and then St. Paul's College. After moving to New York, she worked for the City of New York Department of Human Resources for 25 years before retiring.She was the daughter of the late Marion Hughes Draper and Wylie Draper, and was a member of High Street Baptist Church in Martinsville.
Surviving are two sons, Kevin Frazier of Mocksville, N.C., and Sterling Frazier of Virginia Beach; five daughters, Wyliette Johnson of Bronx, Laurence Frazier of Martinsville, Carlesia Frazier, Corrine Frazier and Marian Frazier, all of Bronx; one brother, Wylie Draper of Stockbridge, Ga.; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.The funeral will be held Monday at 1 p.m. at Roselawn Chapel Funeral Home. The Rev. Henry Davis will officiate. Burial will be in the Mausoleum at Roselawn Burial Park.
The family will meet with friends at Roselawn Chapel one hour prior to the funeral Monday.
