She was born Dec. 21, 1904, in Stone County, Ark., the daughter of Jack and Sylvania Ledford Pruett.
She and James Robert Sims were married in 1923. He died July 14, 1986.
She had lived in Mississippi County since 1963, and was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy at Charleston.
Survivors include a son, James Sims; a daughter, Rose Morris; two sisters, Edna Greenstreet and Verna Sims; eight grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by by brothers and two sisters.
Funeral service will be held Thursday at McMikle Funeral Chapel in Charleston.
Burial will follow in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery near Charleston.
