Miss Janet Lynn Hines, age 47, of Meansville Rd., Union, SC died Wednesday, September 2, 2009 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center after a brief illness.

Miss Hines was born in Union, SC February 15, 1962, a daughter of Frank and Ramoth O'Shields and Don and Flo Hines all of Union. She was a 1980 graduate of Union High School.

Surviving in addition to her parents are two brothers, Don Scott Hines and Alan Arthur Hines both of Union; a special sister and friend, Christy O'Shields Hyder and a sister Donise Hines Eubanks both of Union; two special people in her life, Laura O'Shields Crisp and Farrah Marie Wyatt and Alexis and a number of nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held 3:00 PM Saturday, September 5, 2009 at Forest Lawn Cemetery conducted by Rev. John Lee.

Visitation will be held 6:00-8:00 PM Friday evening at the SR Holcombe Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Brown's Creek Baptist Church Family Life Center, 118 Browns Creek Church Rd., Union, SC 29379.

The family will be at their respective homes.
