Sharon S. "Shari" Hubbard, 69, of Champaign, passed away at 10:04 a.m., July 21, 2013 at Carle Hospital, Urbana.
Shari was born on August 28, 1943 in Bellville, IL, the daughter of Norman A. and Beulah (Hammond) Strader.
She married Chad Hubbard on December 5, 1987 in Charleston, IL.
Survivors include her husband; Chad Hubbard of Champaign, son; Tony (Amy) Hubbard of Champaign, daughter; Crystal Hubbard (fiancé Kurt Djordjevic) of Savoy, and grandchildren; Ethan Hall of Savoy, Tony and Brooklynn Hubbard of Champaign.
She was preceded in death by her parents. Shari was a teacher and a member of Sweet Adeline's and the Regent Ball Room.
A funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m., Thursday, July 25, 2013 at the Mackey-Wright Funeral Home, Monticello with Pastor Brian Rummery officiating. Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 25, 2013 prior to the service.
Interment will be in Bement Township Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Windsor Road Christian Church.
