Sandra was born July 7,1944 in Greenville,Texas to Willie D Cooper and Tommie Jo (Harrison) Vaca. She was employed as a correctional officer with corporal rank at the Northeast Oklahoma Correctional Center. She was a member of Emmanuel Temple Church of Vinita.
Sandra is survived by: her mother,Tommie Jo Vaca, of Denton, Texas; her adopted father,Charles Phillips, of Sharon,Okla;one son, Greg Huddleston, of Cheyenne, Wyo;one sister,Donna Shook of El Reno, Okla and three grandsons:Tyler,Steven, and Riley.
Sandra was preceded in death by one sister and her grandmother.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Burckhalter Memorial Chapel with Reverend Bruce Butler,officiating. Interment will be in North Persimmon Cemetary- Sharon, Okla.
The Oklahoma Department of Corrections Honor Guard will act as pallbearers.
