Florence Ellen (given as Ellen Florence on her death records) was the youngest daughter of Rufus Bradshaw and Martha Garren Burgin. She was the second wife of Wesley "West" Alexander Rumfelt. They were married on Sept. 9, 1916 in Rutherford County, North Carolina.
