ST. LOUTS, Missouri - Cecilia P. Felts, 86, formerly of Galveston, passed away Wednesday, September 30,1998, at St Luke's Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. Funeral service will be 10:00 am. on Monday, October 5,1998, at Malloy & Son Funeral Home with Deacon WJ. Bobb officiating. Burial will follow at Grace Memorial Park, Alta Loma. Visitation will begin at 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, October 4,1998, at Malloy & Son Funeral Home. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. with Deacon W. J. Bobb officiating.

Ms. Felts was born on September 28,1912, in Nacogdoches,
Texas. She was a resident of Galveston from 1937 to 1990. She was also a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church and a member of the U.T.U. Ladies Auxiliary. She was employed by Nathan's for over 22 years.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Wilton H. Felts, sons, Steven and Louis Felts and grandson, Jeffrey Felts.

She is survived by her sons, Frank Felts and wife Pearl of Texas City; and W. Henry Felts, of Maryland Heights, Missouri; grandson, Steven Felts and wife, Karen of Spring; great granddaughters, Stephanie and Ashley Felts, of Houston; sisters, Monica Paluck and husband Walter of Chicago; Ann Tickle and husband John of Houston; Sister Mary Gertrude, O.P. of Houston; brothers, Louis Pena and wife Laura of Nacogdoches; John Pena and wife Julia of Albuquerque, New Mexico; brother-in-law and sister-in-law Deacon W. J. Bobb and wife Louise of Galveston.

Pallbearers will be members of the family.
