PFAFFTOWN - Becky Vogler Nelson, 55, of Pfafftown went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, June 22, 2006, at her home. She was born in Forsyth County on May 28, 1951, to Coy Lee and Mary Katherine Sapp Vogler. She was a member of Gateway Baptist Church where she served as the church pianist. She was a beloved mother and friend to all who knew her, and her life was her family. Surviving are her children, Monty Nelson of King, Dawn Nelson of King, Lori Gibson of Tobaccoville and Staci Edwards of Pfafftown; a special son-in-law, Paul Edwards, of Pfafftown; her mother, Mary Katherine Sapp Vogler, of Pfafftown; a sister, Linda Vogler, of Pfafftown; and 11 grandchildren, Jennifer, Brooke, Kaylen, Adreanna, Sarah, Jonah, Dalton, Rebekah, Ellie, Carly and Anna. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 24, at Huff Funeral Home Chapel in East Bend, with the Rev. Glinard Lawson and the Rev. Charles Vogler officiating. There will be no formal visitation. Huff Funeral Home of East Bend is serving the Nelson family.
