Frank D. "Mos" Moser, 77, of Stowe, husband of Doris E. (Bossler) Moser, passed away on Thursday, July 18 at his home.
Born in Reading, he was the son of the late Walter Moser and Irene (Ziegler) Moser.
Frank was a USMC veteran, serving from 1954 to 1957. He worked at Firestone in Pottstown for 25 years. Frank liked playing cards, politics, watching the Phillies and raising pugs. He also enjoyed studying the Bible.
Surviving with his wife of 56 years are three sons, a daughter, brother, two sisters eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Along with his parents, he was predeceased by his brothers Walter "Buddy" Moser and Richard Moser and sisters Lorraine Freese and Betty LeCompte.
A funeral service will be Monday, July 22, 11:00 AM at Laureldale Cemetery Chapel, 4631 Pottsville Pike, Reading, with Pastor Chris Eshleman officiating. Burial will follow in the cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the cemetery chapel.
