Graveside services for Mrs. Sara Bone Becker, 77, of Athens, Georgia and formerly of Fayetteville, were conducted Tuesday afternoon at Rose Hill Cemetery.

The Rev. Vin Walkup officiated and burial was beside her husband, James F. Becker, who died in 1972. Higgins Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Becker died Sunday at her residence in Athens.

Mrs. Becker and her husband were owners and operators of Becker's Jewelry Store in Fayetteville for many years. She was a native of New Albany, Mississippi, and a member of the Methodist Church.

Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Hal Holtz of Athens, Georgia, Mrs. Lucy Collins of Jackson, Mississippi, and Miss Mary Helen Becker of Cookeville; two sons, James F. Becker, Jr., of Jackson, Mississippi, and Sloan Becker of Powell; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Sloan Warden of Memphis and Mrs. Lucy Hitt of Shreveport, Louisiana; and nine grandchildren.
