Mrs. Lowery was born May 18, 1927 in Wayne County to Braze Summerall and Viola Pugh. She was a member of Holly Bluff Baptist Church and a factory worker at Kona Textiles.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Lowery; and several brothers and sisters.
Survivors include three daughters, Joanna Rivers of Satartia, Shirley Ingle of Richland and Sandra Lowery of Satartia; two sons, Jimmy Lowery and Ricky Lowery, both of Satartia.; two brothers, Jack Summerall of Nacodoches, Texas and Dan Summerall of Vicksburg; grandchildren and great- grandchildren.
Pallbearers are John Lowery, John Baker, Terry Leverette, Cayce Lowery and Roger Funk.
