Debra L. Gill (Koehnen), age 53, of Richfield, MN, after 20 chemo treatments, God said, "well done, now it is time,"and she passed away early morning on Thursday, July 11, 2013.
Preceded in death by her grandparents, Roy and Clara Seamans, Leonard and Luvilla Koehnen; in-laws Jack and Betty Gill.
Debra is survived by husband, John; sons, Jeremy and Trevor; goddaughter, Megan; parents, Beverly Koehnen, Lester and Patricia Koehnen; sisters, Kim Koehnen, Sherri Goehring, Renee Petroski, Kelly Koehnen, Kelly Chicosz and Julie Norstedt; sister- in-law and brother-in-law, Sharon and Par Chadha; special uncle Roy Seamans, and many other loved aunts and uncles; nieces and nephews.
Debra's strength came from everyone who had done their best in supporting her, spiritually, emotionally, physically, and financially.
Debra loved and was loved by her colleagues and the children at Centennial Elementary School, the Fun Club, and the Richfield Pool, all in Richfield.
Funeral service was Monday, July 15, at 11:00 a.m., Mt. Olivet Lutheran Church, 5025 Knox Ave. S., Mpls.
Visitation was Sun. July 14, from 4-7 p.m., at Morris Nilsen Chapel, 6527 Portland Ave. S., Richfield, and one hour prior to the service at Church.
Pallbearers were Debra's sisters. Interment at Lakewood Cemetery.
