David Earl Eads, 62, of Bloomington, died Wednesday at his residence.
He retired from Yellow Cab of Bloomington, where he had worked for 30 years, and was a Navy veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Evelyn Eads of Bloomington; his mother, Lena Eads of Bloomington; four daughters, Lolita Smith of Ellettsville, Juanita Trinkle of Bloomfield, and Lena Cassidy and Belinda Littrell, both of Bloomington; two sons, Teddy Eads of Solsberry and Ricky Littrell of Bloomfield; two brothers, Albert Eads of Ellettsville and James Eads of Bloomington; five sisters, Kathy Lawson of Indianapolis, Norma Harding, Dena Lavendar and Shirley Misner, all of Bloomington, and Mary Hartman of Ellettsville.
Services will be 1:30 p.m. Monday at Valhalla Memory Gardens Chapel. Burial will follow the service at the cemetery.
Friends may call 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Monday at Day Funeral Home.
