Eriv Miles Pierce, 49, died July 10, 2013 at Baptist Medical Center in Jackson.
Funeral services were Friday at the Stricklin-King Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gary Henderson officiating, Burial will follow at Shiloh Cemetery.
Mr. Pierce was born April 3, 1964 to Calvin and Lois Wilkinson Pierce. He was a mechanic for Mississippi Ag and a Baptist.
He was preceded in death by his father Calvin Pierce; and a brother, Ricky Pierce.
Survivors include his wife, Donna Pierce of Yazoo City; son, Matt Pierce of Benton; daughter Lauren Pierce of Yazoo City; mother, Lois W. Pierce of Benton; sister, Glenda Fisher of Vaughan; brother, Chris Pierce of Benton; and a grandson, Ayden Quinn.
Serving as pallbearers were Durwood Winstead, Michael Woods, Kevin Ellis, Tracy Burrough, Mike Ellzey, Sonny Porter and James Flippin.
