HAW RIVER - Mr. James Marshall Gilland, 86, died May 2, 2013 at his home.
He is survived by his wife; 2 daughters; one sister; and five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; three sisters; first wife, Erika Dietl Gilland, and daughter Barbara Upchurch.
The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 p.m. Friday, May 3, 2013 at McClure Funeral Service in Mebane.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 4, 2013 in the McClure Funeral Chapel in Mebane by Pastor Garry Gates. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery.
