Mr. and Mrs. Walter Kafer mourn the loss of their infant son, GARY DALE KAFER. He was born October 10, 1949, in North Plains Hospital, Borger, Texas. Gary Dale came into the world physically handicapped and was taken when a day old to St. Joseph hospital, Houston, Texas, where he spent the tiny span of life allotted him here. He passed away March 31, 1950.
The little body was brought back home in the Worley ambulance and funeral services were conducted Sunday afternoon, April 2, in the Worley Chapel at 4:30 o'clock. Virgil Trout, pastor of the Waurika Church of Christ and Rev. Lewis, pastor of the Irving Baptist church, officiated. Interment was in Babyland in the Waurika Cemetery.
Gary Dale is survived by his parents, his paternal grandmother, Mrs. Christ Kafer, and his paternal grandfather, A.T. Winton, and a host of uncles, aunts and cousins.
