Pomaria - Earl Asbury Graham, Jr., 66, died July 15, 2013, at his residence. He was born November 12, 1946, in Newberry, to the late Earl Asbury Graham, Sr. and Lurlene Kinard Graham. He was employed with Epting and Ballenger Construction Company and Road Builders and Graham until the late 1970s. At that time he started farming full time, as well as operating a stump removal business. He most recently worked as a loss adjuster with the USDA. Earl was a faithful member of New Hope United Methodist Church where he served as a former Trustee and was a member of the "GO" Group. He was also a member of the Woodmen of the World and the Country Club of Newberry. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening and playing golf. Mr. Graham is survived by his wife of 47 years, Dianne Livingston Graham; a son, Roger E. Graham; a daughter, Elaine G. Bedenbaugh and her husband, Lee; two grandchildren whom he greatly adored, Elise and Justin Bedenbaugh; and a sister, Alice (Robert) Davis. He is also survived by a special nephew and niece, Michael (Haley) Davis and Melissa (Kurt) Long, as well as a great niece, Kursten Long, and two great nephews, Connor Long and Cullen Davis. Funeral service will be held Thursday, July 18, 2013, at 2:00 p.m. at New Hope United Methodist Church with the Rev. Jimmy Counts and Rev. Kathy Carr officiating. Burial will follow in the Graham Family Cemetery.
