Edith M. Davis passed away Wednesday July 17, 2013 at the Liberty Care Center. She was 82. Born November 17, 1930 in Casey County, she is the daughter of the late Add and Ola Lay Allen. She was a member of the White Oak Church and retired from Fruit of the Loom. Survivors include a daughter, Judy Phillips of Liberty ; two grandchildren, Kelly and Jamie; and two great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a son, Roger Davis and brother, Randall G. Allen. Funeral services are 11:00 A.M. Friday July 19, 2013 at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home with Bro. Bobby Clark officiating. Burial is at Caney Fork Cemetery . Visiation is Friday from 9:30 A.M. until funeral service. Funeral arrangements entrusted to McKinney-Brown Funeral Home.
