Kathleen Miller, 90, passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at 2:10 AM in Indiana University Health Goshen Hospital, Goshen, Indiana.
She was born October 7, 1922 in Adair County, Kentucky to Jesse P. and Tina (Burton) Powell. She was a 1940 graduate of Messiah Academy, Grantham, Pennsylvania. She and Clair Miller were joined in marriage April 27, 1947 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
Living most of her life in Kosciusko County, she had been a clerk for Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw, Indiana for 18 years retiring in 1994. Kathleen was a member of Winona Lake Grace Brethren Church and a volunteer at Encompass World Partners formerly known as Grace Brethren Foreign Mission; she also volunteered with Christian Education National. Kathleen loved to garden and can.
She will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Clair Miller, Goshen; 4 sons and daughters-in-law: Clair F. "Chip" and Shelley Miller, Quincy, Illinois; Kenneth V. and Jody Miller, Bunker Hill, Indiana; Stephen and Lee Miller, Warsaw, Indiana; and Randy and Deb Miller, Warsaw; daughter and son-in-law: Brenda and Bradley Green of Mishawaka, Indiana; 13 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and 1 sister: Elizabeth Alexander of Columbia, Kentucky.
