Downs, 41, railway employee of trout Creek who died at a Missoula hospital Monday, will be conducted at 2 o'clock Thursday afternoon at the Whitepine church. Rev. Bert Fridley of Thompson Falls will officiate and burial will be in the Whitepine cemetery. The Shrider mortuary of Plains is in charge of arrangement.
Mr. Downs was born May 17, 1906, in Idaho(Texas). He leaves his widow, Angela and three children at Trout Creek and is also survived by other relatives.
