Jerry retired after 32 years of service at Piedmont Forklift and was a member of Berea First Baptist Church.
Jerry enjoyed camping and boating. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather.
He is survived by his wife of 31 years Mandy Riggins, daughters, Mitzie Forrester (Glen) and Allison Foy (Tommy); sons, Roy "Butch" Riggins and Allen Mills (Stephanie); grandchildren, Luke Forrester, Miranda Pittman (William), Allie Forrester, River Foy and Gabbi Mills, Rylee and Raegann Mills and Lee Foy; one great grandchild, Tripp Pittman; sisters, Billie Lancaster and Clara Cordle; and brother, Donny Ray Riggins.
He was preceded in death by sister, Patricia Riggins.
