Prudie Burris Holliday Culp of Chattanooga, died Wednesday, Jan. 22. She was of the Baptist faith and a member of Aerie #945, Fraternal Order of Eagles. She was 93. Survivors include: daughter-Jena Merle DeFriese and son-in-law, James "Buddy" DeFriese; Son-James D. "Jim" Holliday; Granddaughter-Donna DeFriese, all of Chattanooga; Nieces-Cara White of Madisonville; Ruth Burris and Wilma Dewald of Vonore; Great-nephews-Mike Bryson and Tim Dewald of Vonore; Great-niece-Karen Huff and husband, Ronnie Huff of Nashville; Great-great-niece-Tracy Webb. Rev. Les Fauntleroy will conduct the service on Friday, Jan. 24, at 2 p.m., in the Lakewood Memory Gardens, East Chapel. The family will receive friends after 1 p.m., Friday in the Lakewood Memory Gardens Chapel. Memorial contributions may be made to Adventa Hospice, 5959 Shallowford Road, Chattanooga, TN 37421 and Life Care Center of East Ridge, 1500 Fincher Ave., East Ridge, TN 37412.
