Farmington, N. Y. - The sudden death of Mrs. Albert H. Stevenson at 2 o'clock Monday morning has shocked a wide community. Mrs. Stevenson attended the Orthodox Friends church, both morning and evening services, and was apparently in her usual health. For several days she had been planning a large reception to be give Rev. Edwin P. Wood in Jeffrey's large hall on Wednesday evening of this week and her friends remarked her seeming enthusiasm. At 2 o'clock her husband noticed several prolonged breaths and then quietness. Dr. Mason was summoned, but death had resulted from heart failure before his arrival. Mrs. Stevenson leaves besides an extended circle of friends, a husband, her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Dennison Davis; two brothers, Fred and Carleton, and four sisters, Mrs. Frank Eighmy, Mrs. Charles McMillan, Mrs. Orrin Preston, Mrs. Emma Smith, all of Canandaigua. Mrs. Stevenson was a member of the Orthodox Friends church, the Christian Endeavor, Farmington Grange, and Farmington W. C.
