Anna was born on July 26, 1928 in Las Vegas, NM to Antonio and Bernardina Pacheco.
Anna spent her life as a homemaker to her beloved husband, Trinidad J. "T.J" Baca and caring for her treasured children. In her free time, Anna enjoyed a multitude of social activities such as bowling with T.J. in her younger years and bingo.
Anna was a devoted and loving wife, sister, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Anna centered her affection and unyielding love upon her cherished husband and family and made the circle of her home the embodiment of devout faith and happiness.
Anna was preceded in death and happily joins the Lord, our Savior, her parents, her loving husband, T.J. and her beloved son, Gerald "Jerry" Baca in Heaven.
Anna leaves many family members behind to mourn her passing, to include her sons, Larry Baca, Jim Baca and Tom Baca, her daughter, Linda Sarracino and her husband, Cooney all of Las Cruces, brother, Mauricio Pacheco and his wife, Maria of Las Vegas, NM, sisters, Rosie Martínez and her husband, Louis of Tecolote, NM and Mary Ulibarré and her husband, Frank of Las Vegas, NM. Other survivors include five grandchildren, Josh Baca, Chelsea Humble, Lindsey Sarracino, Cooney Sarracino III and Tristin Baca, four great-grandchildren, Kristin and Isabella Baca, Noa and Loren Humble, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Because of T.J. and Anna's unwavering love for one another, T.J.'s ashes will be interred with Anna.
A viewing and recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held on Thursday, July 18, 2013 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in Las Vegas, NM. A Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, July 19, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. also at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church with burial to follow at La Lagunita Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Larry Baca, Jim Baca, Tom Baca, Josh Baca, Cooney Sarracino and Cooney Sarracino III.
