She was united in marriage to Lowell Dean Plumb on August 13, 1976, at Winona, MO.
Eunice was preceded in death by her parents Chester and Ethel Atkins; one brother Bud Atkins and two sisters Barbara West and Tootie Warren.
She is survived by her husband Lowell Dean Plumb of Winona, MO; one son Russell Martin of Winona, MO; two daughters Bridgette Bradshaw and husband Raymond of Winona, MO and Shelia Fox and husband Bill Sappington of Winona, MO; one brother Billy Atkins and wife Joyce of Winona, MO; two sisters Doris Pulliam and husband Preston of Winona, MO and Patsy Williams and husband Don of Winona, MO; 8 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends.
She helped raise all of her grandchildren and raised one granddaughter as her own.
Eunice will be missed by all who knew her.

Interment will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery in Winona, MO.
