On December 17, 1953, Fred "Teddy" Hall was born to Clara Belle Deere and Willie J. Hall in Washington, D.C. At a young age, Clara Belle and Teddy moved back home to Wagoner, Oklahoma to be closer to Ms. Alberty and Lorraine Deere, Teddy's Great-Grandmother and Grandmother. Teddy spent his elementary years living between Wagoner and Kansas City, MO with his very dear Aunt Margarette Grey. He moved back to Wagoner permanently in the sixth grade where he was the first to integrate Wagoner Public School. He was a varsity basketball player and was known for his positive, upbeat personality and witty sense of humor. He graduated from Wagoner High School in 1972 and returned to Washington D.C. to participate in an internship for the Federal Bureau of Investigation. He worked in the department of Personal Identification and became a fingerprint expert. After a few years, he returned to Oklahoma and attended the University of Oklahoma for a short time where he pledged Alpha Phi Alpha and remained dedicated to his fraternity. He eventually completed his nursing degree at Tulsa Community College, and practiced his profession in Washington St, Texas, and Oklahoma. He became certified as a Psychiatric RN. He met Rosemary "Rose" Kotas at Western State Hospital in Tacoma, WA, where they worked together for several years. They became best friends and united in marriage in Eureka Springs, AR in 2006. He was very involved in his community and most recently was elected as a democratic delegate and accepted an appointment as Affirmative Action Delegate for Wagoner County.
