He was born March 20, 1925, IN Harrodsburg, Indiana, to Wyatt and Blanche (Taylor) Fowler.
Lloyd was a Veteran of World War II, and employed at RCA for 38 years.
He is survived by his wife, Thelma (Pardue) Fowler of 65 years, children, David (Kathy) Fowler, Janet (Jerry) Croan, Grandchildren: Michelle & (Kevin) Calhoun, Crystal Saylor, Kelly& (Brian) Lynn, Tim & (Jaida) Terrell, Travis & (Shella) Terrell, Brother, Eugene (Carol) Fowler and Sister-in-law, Peggy Fowler.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Robert Fowler.
A graveside service will be held 11am Friday July 12, 2013 at the Clover Hill Cemetery in Harrodsburg, IN.
Visitation will be from 10:30am to service time at the cemetery.
In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be sent to IU Health and Hospice.
