In The Matter Of The Estate Of Philip Dunn Deceased.

Application for Letters of Administration. Filed Jan. 29, 1901, Robert E. Campbell, Probate Judge.

THE STATE OF OHIO, Brown County, ss. IN PROBATE COURT. Wm Hendrixson being duly sworn, says that Philip Dunn a resident of the Township of Franklin in said County, died on or about the (Blank) day of September A. D. 1899 and that there is not, to the knowledge of this affiant, any last Will and Testament of said decedent; that the said Philip Dunn died leaving Nancy Dunn His widow who postoffice address is Arnheim, Ohio and the following person, his only heirs at law:

Emery Dunn, Son, Georgetown, O.
Nettie Gardner, Daughter, Georgetown, O.
Wilson Dunn, Son, Georgetown, O.
Milton Dunn, Son, Georgetown, O.
Lizzie Dunn, Daughter, Georgetown, O.
Etta Dunn, Daughter, Dead and no heirs.
Rebecca Gardner, Daughter, Georgetown, O.
Levi Dunn, Son, Port Washington, O.
Myrtle Dunn, Daughter, Georgetown, O.
Maud Dunn, Daughter, Georgetown, O.
Charley Dunn, Son, Georgetown, O.

That Myrtle Dunn, Maud Dunn and Charley Dunn above named are children of said decedent were under 15 years of age at the time of his decease. The Undersigned, whose Postoffice address is Georgetown, Ohio asks to be appointed Administrat of the estate of said decedent, and on his oath aforesaid says: The amount of personal property will be about $200.00, And of real estate, about $2000.00, Total $2200.00, And offers a bond in the sum of $3000 with Emery Dunn and Eli B. Parker as sureties thereon, and suggests N. D. Shaw, M. L. Walcott and James Gardner as appraisers. Signed, W. M. Hendrixson. Sworn to before me, and signed in my presence, this 29 day of January A. D. 1901. Signed Eli B. Parker, Notary Public, Brown County, Ohio. The undersigned Nancy Dunn widow of the above named decedent, hereby declines the administration of his estate and recommends the appointment of W. M. Hendrixson and administrat.
