Funeral services for Edmund W. Dernehl, 75, of Sugar Land, will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the First Presbyterian Church in Sugar Land, with burial at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Rosenberg. Rev. Don Davidson will officiate.
Dernehl, a member of First Presbyterian Church, died Sunday morning at Fort Bend Community Hospital in Missouri City following a lengthy illness.
Survivors include his wife, Mildred Dernehl of Sugar Land; a son, Allen Dernehl of Rosenberg; a daughter, Carolyn Janik of Dickinson; four brothers, Herbert Dernehl of Sugar Land, Werner Dernehl of Sealy, Martin Dernehl of Houston, and Wilbert Dernehl of Orchard; and five grandchildren.
Family members request memorials be made to the First Presbyterian Church in Sugar Land.
