Toni S. Bell, 40, of Venice, Fla., formerly of Ottawa, died Friday, July 12, 2013 at OSF St. Anthony Hospital in Rockford.
Funeral Service will be at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday July 16, 2013 at the Chapel of the Good Shepherd at Oakwood Memorial Park with Rev. Duane Kaufman, officiating. Burial will follow. Private visitation will be at Mueller Funeral Home in Ottawa.
Toni was born on May 8, 1973 in Peru, to Howard and Thelma (Parker) Bell. She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church in Venice, FL.
She is survived by her parents, of Venice, Fla., 2 sisters, Terri Bell, of Michigan City, IN and Traci (Stacie Tweeten) Bell, of Creston, IL, nieces and nephews; Nicole, Cory and Jonathon Bell and aunts and uncles.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Hope Marie Bell, in infancy.
