Frank was the son of Willard and Willie Levi Hodge (Aud) and step son of Sylvia Hodge. He was preceded in death by an infant sister named Martha. He was survived by his siblings: Clarence, Gerald (Doug), Donnie, Howard, David, Lorene, Reba, Tricia, Cheryl, and Frankie.
Frank was killed at the age of 17 in a freak accident when a farm tractor which he was driving, flipped over and crushed him. He was discovered by his brothers and father.
