She was born in Schenectady, New York on May 1, 1924 to Christian and Harriet (Gates) Herbeck. She was a homemaker, of the Christian faith, she enjoyed music, playing the piano, volunteering her time with foster children and spending time with her family and friends, she had been a resident of Avon Park since 2004 coming from Holland, Michigan. She is survived by her children-Chris Thomison (Paul) of Phoenix, Arizona, Devon Monetza (Robert) of Grand Haven, Michigan, Glenn Crawford of Lakeland, Florida and Wendy Garcia (Gaspar) of Avon Park, Florida; 3 grandchildren-Anna Monetza of Coldwater, Michigan, Elizabeth Monetza of Kentwood, Michigan and April Garcia of Avon Park, Florida. Mrs. Crawford was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years-Delmar Crawford. Arrangements were entrusted to Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home in Avon Park, Florida.
