He was born Oct 8, 1908, in Davies County to Sherman and Lydia Ropp Robling. He married Anneta Bauer Jan 14, 1933, in Washington and she survives. He was retired from the B & O Railroad Co, and was employed by Buchta House Moving Co. He was a member of the Contenders of Faith Mission of Otwell.
Surviving are his wife and four sons, Edwin Robling, Velpon, MO, Randall Robling, Loogootee, Joseph Robling, Auburn, NE, and Lowell Robling, French Lick, 21 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and one brother, Arthur Robling, Richmond.
